Mark has been at the forefront of digital disruption since 1997 when he joined Modem Media ““ Poppe Tyson, a pioneering digital ad agency and the source of the web’s first banner ad. Following his agency tenure working for clients like IBM, HSBC, Priceline and Standard & Poor’s, Mark was appointed President of WorldNow, which ushered over 300 local TV stations into the digital age via video streaming and online network ad solutions. After WorldNow, he helped local newspapers evolve online, becoming Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate EVP of MediaSpan, where he led strategy, marketing and business development and built its 1400+ affiliate local ad network.
In 2008, Mark joined eXelate where he continued to drive digital innovation as an early champion of data driven programmatic media buying. As eXelate’s CEO, he has been responsible for spearheading corporate growth and driving the strategic vision of the company’s industry-leading smart data engine. Mark led eXelate’s U.S. launch, expanded the company’s global footprint to over 700M unique users worldwide, and was instrumental in closing $28M in Series B and C funding, while creating long-term relationships with data powerhouses like Nielsen and MasterCard.
Mark received his MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business and a BS in Finance from Gannon University, where he was awarded the University’s Distinguished Young Alumnus Award. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Vibrant Media.

With over fifteen years of experience in software development, Elad infuses a deep understanding of web technology within online media, combined with exceptionally honed execution skills to his leadership role at eXelate. Elad is responsible for eXelate’s overall technology direction and translating market demand and customer experience into technology solutions that simplify and scale data transactions. By building eXelate’s premier data platform among other products, Elad aligns the product and technology vision with the overall business strategy of the company.
Prior to eXelate, Elad was a Product Manager at Oridian where he helped build the company into a global online advertising powerhouse. Previously, he led the development of the mobile product at TopImageSystems and was the lead system engineer at eMobilis.
Elad served as the head of the programming education department at the IDF Computer Studies Academy (Mamram) and holds a B.A. in logistics and computer science from Bar-Ilan University.

As global Chief Strategy Officer, Damian is responsible for eXelate’s strategic vision and business development; specifically evaluating and executing enterprise partnerships to exponentially grow revenue and significantly increase eXelate’s value in the market. Since joining in 2008, Damian has exponentially grown eXelate’s revenue and core data business, cementing enterprise partnerships with eXelate’s largest partners including Nielsen, MasterCard, and Neustar as well as agencies and key channel partners. With over fourteen years of experience in digital media, online advertising and e-commerce, Damian’s seasoned business acumen and executive sales leadership continue to propel the company to success.
Prior to eXelate Damian was most recently at Quantcast, where he served as the Publisher Group lead. Previously, Damian was the Senior Director of Business Development (Behavioral Solutions) at AOL’s Advertising.com where he built the data targeting business and led the post-acquisition integration of Tacoda’s data assets into the AOL framework.
Damian received a BA from Vanderbilt University and Masters Degrees from Fordham (MBA) and Boston University (MS ““ Management Information Systems).

As SVP of Analytics, Kevin is responsible for leading the vision and execution of the company’s analytics and data optimization activities.
Prior to eXelate, Kevin served as VP Analytics and Business Intelligence at x+1, a leader in audience targeting that leverages sophisticated statistical modeling to surpass traditional online marketing techniques. In this capacity, Kevin strove to maximize profitable website user behavior via analytics and real-time decisioning. Before x+1, Kevin spent over a decade as a vice president responsible for web and marketing analytics at QualityHealth.com, a leading website providing consumer health news and information, and at Harte-Hanks, a large marketing service provider. Earlier in his career, Kevin served in account management at Grey Direct.
Kevin has a BA in Russian Language and Eastern European Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MA in Medieval History from The Ohio State University and an MA in Applied Statistics from the City University of New York-Hunter College.

Bringing more than fifteen years of product and analytics experience, Eugene joins eXelate from WPP’s Xaxis division, where he served as VP of Analytics. At Xaxis, Eugene established the analytics and audience strategy practices for the world’s largest agency audience buying platform. Prior to Xaxis, Eugene was the SVP and Director of Analytics at MRM Worldwide, part of the McCann Worldgroup, where he drove digital analytics and built products that enabled channel planning, market mix modeling, and cross-channel dashboards. Before joining MRM, Eugene led analytics for a blockbuster franchise at Pfizer.
He received a BA and an MA in Economics from Northwestern University.

With over fifteen years of experience in growing profitable digital businesses, Doug, as SVP of Strategic and Corporate Development, is responsible for identifying, evaluating and implementing new strategic opportunities that align with eXelate’s business operations and growth initiatives. Working with the other senior business leaders he is responsible for leading acquisitions, operations and strategy development across the company’s businesses.
Prior to joining eXelate, Doug worked at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker and spent over a decade at WorldNow, the leader in online publishing and revenue solutions for local broadcast media, as a Senior Vice President responsible for Strategic Development, Mobile and Local Classifieds. Doug has a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
As SVP of eXchange Sales, David is responsible for leading eXelate’s new business efforts as well as growing and retaining existing client relationships with marketers, agencies, trading desks and platform partners. Prior to eXelate David was most recently at IXI, a leading provider of financial/wealth based audience data where he served as the SVP of Sales and Business Development. Previously, David was the VP of Sales for Performics, the performance marketing division of Doubleclick (acquired by Google). He accelerated the business by creating new revenue in markets such as SEO consulting and Local Search services. David has also held sales leadership positions at Yahoo! and Publicis.
David received a BA from the University of Rhode Island.
